ICF Jones & Stokes is strongly committed to the successful implementation of federal and state environmental laws and regulations. Through our years of experience with environmental planning and natural resources management, we have come to realize that lack of understanding is often an obstacle to achieving this goal. We have written several guidebooks to help professionals enrich their understanding and improve their implementation of environmental laws and regulations. We developed our quarterly newsletter The Impact Report as a service to clients interested in keeping abreast of the latest developments in environmental law and regulation. The Impact Report contains articles written by our professional staff about topics such as environmental impact assessment, land use, endangered species, wetlands regulations, and related topics. The authors, all experts in their fields, are available to answer questions about the subjects covered in the articles. While the articles frequently cover legal subjects, they do not constitute legal opinions and readers are encouraged to contact their own legal advisors for project-specific advice.
